Dear Centennial families, 

 

Did you know that Centennial is celebrating its first International Day since 2019? 

 

On May 24th, International Day will feature two performances by Caló Gitano, scholar Country Project displays, classroom presentations, along with food, music, and fun activities. 

 

We do need help setting up tables the day before, from 3-4 pm. Contact Ms. Snead if you can help! Otherwise, families and Heroes who are interested in sharing their history and culture may contact Sra. Corrales. 

 

We can't wait for this Centennial tradition to return!

Greetings Centennial Academy Families,

 

We have made it May and just have a little less than a month left for this Academic Year!

 

Thank you for your continued support of the Georgia Milestones Assessment System (GMAS)! Scholars are arriving to school on time; however, we have had quite a few absences last week. If your scholar is in 3rd - 8th, please ensure that they are here everyday to participate in GMAS testing. Thank you again for your support!

 

Parents, please also mark your calendars for our Awards Day Ceremonies! K-7th grade ceremonies will take place at Centennial and will be accessible to parents via zoom and social media. Formal dress attire is required.

SUMMER OPTIONS & ACTIVITIES

 

 

 

Zoo Atlanta has scholarships available for this year's Summer Safari Camp. Information can be found on the zoo's website  and applications are due by Tuesday, May 31st. 

 

Scholars ages 5-11 are eligible. Campers must currently resident in the City of Atlanta or Fulton County, agree to transportation to/from camp daily, and provide a $25 non-refundable fee (due at the time of registration). Upcoming Summer Camp dates include June 20-24, June 27- July 1, July 11-15, and July 18-22.
