School News

Intersession Packets went home this week in the Wednesday Folder. Families can register on line beginning March 7, 2018 @ 6:00 pm. You will need your scholar's Google ID and Password to register. Each scholar's information was sent with the Intersession Brochure. Please contact Dr. Stinson with additional questions and concerns.
Make-Up Day Plans were also sent home in the Wednesday Folder. All scholars will complete assignments via Centennial Cyber Academy using the Google Classroom Platform. Please contact your scholar's teacher or Academic Coordinator for more information. Assignments are due by Friday, February 23.
An Intent to Re-Enroll Form has been mailed to all eligible scholars. Please return the Intent to Re-Enroll Form and Census Verification by February 21, 2018 to secure your scholar's enrollment for the 18-19 School Year. Contact Mrs. Tenisha Anderson, Enrollment Coordinator, with any questions or concerns. The Enrollment Office will have late hours during Parent University on Wednesday, February 21 to collect Intent to Re-Enroll Forms.

Academic Affairs

Read Across America Day is March 2, 2018! Scholars will have the opportunity to dress up as their favorite book character (preferably from a Dr. Seuss book) and participate in the Accelerated Reader Reading Challenge on Friday to read as many words as possible and to take AR quizzes! We are seeking volunteers to serve as Guest Readers! We are encouraging parents, community members, staff members, and even scholars to volunteer 20-30 minutes of their time to read to a class! Student Life

Volunteers Needed: Sign up for Leadership Day Luncheons held on February 21, 2018!!! Parents are encouraged to engage and earn volunteer hours by signing up to lead professional lunches with our scholars. This is not an opportunity to eat lunch with your child, but more an opportunity to lead lunch dialogue with grade level scholars. Thank you in advance for your support!

Enrollment

Open Enrollment began on February 1, 2018. Prospective parents are able to submit an online application on our Centennial Academy Website!!! The deadline to complete lottery applications is March 18, 2018 at 11:59pm Eastern Standard Time.
- Tours are available to prospective parents every Thursday at 10:00 am! Advance Sign-up is required as space is limited.
